Exchange Policy

At Mahifab, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange under the conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Exchanges are only applicable in case of size issues, wrong item delivered, or defective/damaged product.

Exchange Process:

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the exchange.

2. Once your request is approved, our team will coordinate the pickup of the item.

3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will dispatch the replacement.

Exchange Time Frame:

Once the exchange is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7–10 business days.

Important Notes:

• Exchange is subject to stock availability.

• Exchange is allowed only once per order.

• We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the item does not meet the above criteria.
